Quinta da Biaia, is a project that focuses on organic and vegan winemaking. It is located in Castelo Rodrigo, in one of the highest wine regions in Portugal. The vineyard is surrounded by the mountains with soils mostly of granite origin and a very harsh climate, with negative temperatures in winter and very dry and hot summer.

Quinta da Biaia prioritizes spirit, freshness and natural acidity, which is why its wines reflect their origins, not using synthetic products or products of animal origin.
