DPD Courier Delivery · 5,20 €

• delivered directly to you
• delivery within 24 hours on business days (for orders placed by 10am)
• SMS notification the day before delivery
• in case the first delivery attempt fails, two more attempts will be made or the courier will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery time
• package tracking online or via customer service line at 18 373

Packeta pick-up point · 4,20 €

• ordered products are delivered to selected pick-up location Packeta
• delivery within 48 hours on business days (for orders placed by 10am)
• once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the shipping information and tracking number. You can track your package online here
• after your package is delivered to the pick-up point, you will receive an SMS and email notification with the code to retrieve the package
• your package can be collected from the pick-up point within 7 calendar days. More information
• We are not responsible for any damage to products caused by prolonged storage in pick-up lockers during extreme cold or hot weather conditions.

In-store pickup · 0 €

• pick up your order in person at our address: Kvetinárska 6, Bratislava.
• pick-up time: by phone arrangement at +421 905 777 363 (as we are not operating on a regular schedule yet).
• should you select personal pick-up, we make every effort to prepare your order as fast as possible. Products that are in stock are typically ready within 2 hours.
• we’ll send you an email once your order is ready for pick-up.
• the items in you order will be reserved for 7 days. Orders are not canceled automatically.

International orders

Payment methods

Card payment online · no fees

We accept payments via MasterCard®, Maestro®, VISA, and VISA Electron. Once you select card payment in the shopping cart, you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway by Cardpay (Tatrabanka). The payment will be processed immediately, and we will ship your order to the selected address.

The payment gateway supports Google Pay and Apple Pay, depending on the platform used

Cash or card payment upon in-store pick-up · no fees

When picking up your order at our store, you can pay in cash or with a card. We accept MasterCard®, Maestro®, VISA, and VISA Electron.

Bank transfer · no fees

Your order will be processed once the payment has been credited to our account. Please use your order number as the reference number. The order number as well as the necessary payment details will be sent to your email right after you complete your order. Please note that transfers from banks other than Tatrabanka, a.s. may take up to 2 business days.
