A young-looking gin, with a fresh and citrusy finish. Gin 13 is a recipe by António Cuco, also produced at the António Cuco distillery, in Alentejo. It is distilled in traditional Portuguese stills, with cereal-based alcohol distilled over a naked flame 4 times.

The recipe contains 13 botanicals - juniper, coriander seed, lemon, tangerine, cardamom, ginger, almond, angelica root, licorice, herb prince, jasmine flower, black tea. The 13th ingredient in this gin is hops, used in craft beers.
